Pedro Mercedes Higher Education School offers advanced training courses in Administration and Finance, Management Assistance, Training for Safe and Sustainable Mobility, and Automotive. The participation of these students in European educational programs is part of the school's European Development Plan. We encourage the participation of students in their final year of advanced training courses in internships at companies in the EU, as well as teaching and administrative staff in training, organization, or supervision tasks. Our objectives are: 1. To increase the number of students who successfully complete advanced training courses. 2. To improve the quality of teaching and research in workplace training by providing students with the transferable skills they need for highly qualified occupations. 3. To provide more opportunities for students to acquire additional skills resulting from their training in another country. 4. To strengthen cooperation and partnerships between educational and research institutions and companies. 5. Promote management and financing mechanisms for excellence. 6. Encourage the development of the language skills necessary for their future professional careers and training opportunities. The project enhances students' job placement opportunities by providing them with enriching life experience, further training in foreign languages, and knowledge of how companies in their field operate in other countries. Negotiating with companies and preparing for the training placement allows teachers to learn about other work and educational opportunities and provides professional incentives. The school's administrative and management staff and the Erasmus+ program coordinator carry out additional work with Europass mobility documentation. The project planned for eight mobility placements, of which six have been implemented. In line with the implementation of the new Dual Vocational Training law, all 2nd-cycle students have been enrolled this year. Some have completed the curricular internships associated with the Workplace Training (FCT) module, and others have completed complementary placements. The Center provides informational, logistical, and training support to promote student and faculty mobility.
