Through these mobilities, we have achieved the following objectives, in line with our ECHE Charter 2021–2027: The Public Integrated Vocational Training Centre, based on Decree 334/2009, must contribute to the development of the national and Andalusian systems of qualifications and vocational training and, consequently, we pursue the following aims: The qualification and requalification of individuals throughout life, through the establishment of a modular, flexible, high-quality Vocational Training offer, adapted to the demands of the population and the needs generated by the Andalusian productive system. When appropriate, and within the framework of the national and Andalusian systems of qualifications and vocational training, to contribute to the assessment and accreditation of professional competences acquired by individuals through work experience and non-formal training pathways, thus promoting the social recognition of work. The provision of information and career guidance services to individuals, enabling them to make the most suitable decisions regarding their vocational training needs in relation to the productive environment in which they operate, within the framework of the professional guidance system established by the competent Regional Ministries of Education and Employment. The establishment of a space for cooperation between the Vocational Training system and the sectoral and local productive environment, in order to develop and extend a culture of lifelong learning, contributing to the prestige of Vocational Training. The promotion of real and effective equality between women and men. The encouragement of worker mobility within the unified European framework of professional qualifications. The promotion of an entrepreneurial culture.
