When launching the Erasmus project, we aimed to achieve a series of key goals that would benefit our educational community. One of our main objectives was to enhance both the academic and professional development of students and staff, fostering an international outlook on education. We wanted participants to broaden their cultural horizons, improve their foreign language skills, and acquire relevant digital competencies. We also considered it essential to promote the overall growth of our students, encouraging qualities such as autonomy, responsibility, and the ability to adapt to diverse international settings. Furthermore, we sought to instil values of inclusion, equity, and respect for social and cultural diversity. At the institutional level, one of our aims was to move towards a more modern and effective educational model by introducing pedagogical innovations and strengthening cooperation with other European educational institutions. For our teaching staff, we hoped to support the development of their pedagogical and research skills while fostering teamwork in a European context. In short, our intention was to build a stronger, more inclusive institution, fully prepared to meet the challenges of an increasingly globalised world.
