The main objective of the project is related to our students and is based on enabling new learning experiences, as well as the acquisition of knowledge, skills, and competencies in professional environments within European companies that develop sustainable and environmentally friendly productive activities linked to their respective professional profiles, which are mainly in the primary and service sectors. This has been achieved by completing the Workplace Training module in different companies in different EU countries. The goal is also to help students improve their language skills and promote their personal and social skills, highlighting diversity and multiculturalism. This, we believe, has been achieved by allowing students to stay in the host organizations, family businesses, where they have lived, in addition to living, in some of the companies, with other participants from different countries of origin. On the other hand, although we were not assigned personal mobility activities in this specific project, which has happened in subsequent projects, it was expected that the participation of students and the teaching team would be involved in the mobilities carried out, by monitoring student activities, actively collaborating in the search for companies, and in the dissemination of the project, to promote the values and objectives of the Erasmus Programs, as a hallmark of quality in education, among peers of the students who have done the mobilities, students from all groups of the respective professional families, students of the center, educational community and locality. We believe we have met the first and second objectives, as we have enabled all students interested in participating in the mobility program to participate in the project, with or without a scholarship (scholarship 0 students). Furthermore, they have been enrolled in different cycles of the Agricultural Professional Program. Furthermore, the involvement of participants was sought throughout the implementation and execution of the project, with dissemination at the center (talks by participants from other courses, informational meetings, information panels, commemorative activities during Erasmus Days, etc.), on social media, on the center's website, and with the participation of coordinators to provide information to attendees and families from the town and region at the open days. Finally, we would like to point out that, thanks to the mobility programs, the participating students have been able to increase their chances of entering the national and European labor market, as their CVs have been significantly improved, making it an attractive option for companies to hire staff with improved personal, professional, and linguistic skills.
