IES ESKURTZE BHI is firmly committed to ensuring access to the ERASMUS+ programme for all students, paying special attention to the inclusion of those with fewer opportunities. In view of the results, we can consider that this objective has been clearly achieved, as five of our scholarships have been awarded to students with these characteristics. Another of our priorities is to promote the autonomy of our students, and in this project our efforts have been evidenced by the fact that five of the student grants have been self-managed by the grant holders themselves. In relation to improving the impact of participation in the ERASMUS+ programme, together with a commitment to increasing the relevance and quality of internships in Europe, this has led to concrete employment results, as three of these self-managed scholarships have resulted in employment contracts in the destination country. Among our interests has been civic engagement, encouraging our students to become involved as active citizens during their mobility, and we have collected data on their participation in different groups in their destination countries. In line with our strategic guidelines, in this project, teaching grants have been specifically dedicated to training in technology and artificial intelligence (AI), thus directing staff mobility towards cutting-edge strategic areas, which is one of our strategic guidelines.
