1. Strengthening the Internationalization Team. To enhance the team's accumulated experience through the application of best practices from previous projects and identifying areas for improvement. The commitment was maintained to reserve working hours for project management and to ensure overlapping schedules among members so that regular coordination meetings could be held. Efforts were made to optimize task allocation by structuring functions such as: general project management, budget control, research and communication with companies, liaison with management team, document review, representation in different departments, dissemination strategy, and language guidance. This organization sought to achieve greater efficiency. Furthermore, the role of department heads was strengthened. Their duties should not be limited to resolving queries, but should also seek to motivate students, identify barriers that could hinder participation, and provide active listening. This support was seen as key to increasing participation. 2. Student Mobility. The objective was to compensate for the imbalance of previous years and ensure the full implementation of all mobility programs. To this end, the goal was to increase the number of applications. The profile of students in Higher Education (many must balance studies and work) makes participation more complicated. Scholarship grants do not cover all the costs of the stay, making an Erasmus program financially unviable without additional support. The priority was also established to ensure that all experiences were carried out with quality, selecting host companies capable of offering a professional environment tailored to each student's academic profile. Although communication with foreign companies is more complicated than with local ones, the team's accumulated experience should allow for the identification of reliable companies. In any case, another objective along these lines was to establish action protocols for any incident. This included the possibility of changing companies if, upon arrival, the student detects that the conditions are not adequate. Likewise, the supervision of accommodations and the cultural and social integration of participants were strengthened. 3. Staff Mobility The goal was to properly organize mobility dates and offer training tailored to the profile of the teaching staff and the needs of the students. The objectives included increasing the number of applications, motivating staff who had not yet participated, and identifying barriers such as lack of international experience or language difficulties. The goal was to provide support and create a safe environment that facilitated participation. Work was also done to raise staff awareness that mobility should not only improve teaching skills but also strengthen networks with European companies and centers. 4. Improving the selection process To this end, the proposal was to bring forward and adjust the application dates, giving the team more time to organize mobility assignments well in advance. Assessment scales were also reviewed and updated, incorporating some criteria. Work was also done to improve the student reports issued by professors and tutors, so that they reflected a more comprehensive assessment of students' skills, motivations, and aptitudes. 5. Host Mobilities One of the key objectives was to increase host mobility, not only to strengthen our international networks but also to involve students and staff members who, at first, might not be interested in participating in European projects. The increase in mobility allows international students to share theoretical sessions and workshops with local students. This interaction provides security and motivation to those students who are initially hesitant to participate. Similarly, teaching staff who do not normally participate are involved in the hosting program. This experience helps spark their interest in future projects. 6. Integration of the Guidance Counselor The incorporation of the guidance counselor was a strategic objective to provide comprehensive support for students, addressing not only academic and professional aspects but also their emotional well-being, cultural adaptation, and incident management. Furthermore, their participation helped strengthen the school's awareness of the values of equity, inclusion, and diversity. 7. Sustainability, digitalization, and inclusion Propose new initiatives to promote sustainability, digitalization, and equal opportunities for all students, ensuring additional support for those who face economic, social, or language barriers.
