Since 2007, Politeknika Ikastegia Txorierri has been increasingly committed to internationalization with the aim of bringing modernization and innovation to the center. Txorierri has focused on successful European initiatives to develop and implement best practices, collaborating on different international programs. Regarding this project, the center encourages the mobility of its students and staff so thatthey can develop on a personal and professional level through stays in other professional training centers or international companies. In the case of students, they complete the "FCT" (Work CenterTraining) module in European companies for a period of 13 weeks (between the months of March and June). In the case of teachers, the mobilities last between 3 and 5 days. We want our students and teachers to learn from the best practices and from the environments and needs of companies, from a European perspective, so that they acquire extra knowledge to contribute tolocal companies, centers, and local businesses upon arrival, or to other European companies in case they decide to continue living an experience abroad. We believe that internationalization helps improveespecially their language and soft skills in order to become more competitive in the labour market.
