With the implementation of project 2023-1-ES01-KA131-HED-0000141019, our centre hoped to offer Higher Degree students more comprehensive and integrated training, not only in the professional sphere, but also on a personal and cultural level. Mobility was seen as a key opportunity for students to improve their technical skills, strengthen their language skills (especially in English) and broaden their worldview by learning about other cultures, ways of working and European educational and working environments. At the same time, the participation of teachers in training mobility programmes was promoted with the aim of boosting their professional development, encouraging the exchange of good practices and enriching their daily teaching work with new methodologies and pedagogical perspectives. Overall, the project sought to advance the internationalisation of the centre, consolidate alliances with European institutions and make mobility a structural tool for the continuous improvement of educational quality.
