IES Juan de Mairena has been part of various consortiums as an associated center, and for several years now, it has been coordinating its own project aimed at promoting mobility among students in higher vocational training programs. The main purpose of this project was to enrich our students' education through training stays at foreign companies, which would allow them to develop professional skills in international environments. The specific objectives include: -Facilitating work-based learning (FCT) abroad, broadening students' professional horizons and promoting their autonomy. -Improving foreign language skills, especially English, as a key tool for employability. -Boosting the employability of participants, as international experience is highly valued in today's job market. For the center, these types of initiatives represent a strategic opportunity to advance its internationalization process. The mobility of teaching and non-teaching staff would allow for the incorporation of new methodologies and pedagogical approaches observed in other European educational systems, thus enriching the educational practice of IES Juan de Mairena.
