The implementation of this project has been centered on revitalizing international mobility, strengthening cooperation with our partners, and opening new fields of collaboration and learning through the promotion of staff mobility for teaching in higher education institutions. In this context, particular importance has been given to the implementation of measures that enhance international experiences, understood as an essential component for the comprehensive development of both students and staff. We are aware that the internationalization of Vocational Education and Training is a key tool to improve employability and broaden the educational horizon of participants. We live in a globalized society where multicultural interactions are part of everyday life, making it crucial to provide students and professionals with the tools to succeed in this environment. The acquisition of intercultural competences, proficiency in foreign languages, adaptability, and a global vision are qualities increasingly demanded in today’s labor market. Therefore, we firmly believe that participating in international experiences not only enriches the professional profile but also strengthens confidence and personal autonomy. In this sense, internationalization not only complements academic training but also contributes to shaping global citizens, with an open mindset and commitment to today’s challenges. One of the fundamental pillars of our proposal has been the promotion of equity in access to mobility opportunities. We are committed to an inclusive model that ensures all individuals, regardless of their socioeconomic background, can benefit from the opportunities that internationalization offers. We have actively worked to make international mobility accessible to those with fewer opportunities, creating a safe and respectful environment that values diversity and fosters a sense of belonging. With regard to the recognition of training activities undertaken, we consider it essential that the achievements and learning gained during the stay are validated and made visible, so that they translate into a competitive advantage for participants. In this respect, we have promoted the implementation of certification systems and the development of competency portfolios as tools to showcase the skills developed during mobilities. Another important aspect has been the encouragement of greater interaction between participants and the educational and professional institutions of host countries. This exchange has contributed to the development of technical, intercultural, and linguistic competences, while also reinforcing values such as civic engagement, environmental sustainability, and active participation in the community. The opportunity to live an educational experience abroad not only broadens horizons but also strengthens adaptability and personal initiative—key aspects for succeeding in diverse contexts. Likewise, we have promoted the dissemination of the experiences lived and the values of the Erasmus+ program, with the aim of amplifying the project’s impact and raising awareness of the opportunities internationalization provides. Finally, it is worth noting that international mobility projects not only benefit the individuals directly involved but also generate a positive impact on educational institutions and the wider social environment. They contribute to building a more cohesive European community, based on cooperation, diversity, and mutual understanding. In this sense, active participation in internationalization initiatives reaffirms our institution’s commitment to quality, inclusive, and future-oriented education. In short, promoting internationalization is a commitment to a more collaborative, inclusive, and sustainable future.
