During the two academic years between September 2023 and June 2025, two Management Assistance students were selected. Loubna El Khoumssi and David Munar completed their internships at A-STAY HOTEL in Antwerp. The experience was very positive for the students and the company. In fact, both students are currently working at the company with permanent contracts. Furthermore, during these courses, we sent two teachers, Jessica Santiago Gómez, who attended the ISISS Pietro Giordani High School in Parma, and Margarita Mestre Gayá, who attended the Business School in Porto, to do Job Shadowing. The results have been excellent. Both internships, for teachers and students, have met their objectives and have been a positive experience. For the students in particular, it has contributed to positively improving their CVs, allowing them to work successfully in a foreign company, improve their communication skills in a foreign language, and integrate into a European Union country. The teachers have learned interesting aspects of European project management and have made contacts that will be very useful in the future. Following on from previous projects, the mobility projects carried out during this academic year have provided continuity to our center's internationalization projects and have helped consolidate our future in Europe.
