When carrying out this project, we aimed to achieve the following goals: - Give our students more hands-on experience by offering internships abroad related to their field, helping them build both academic knowledge and professional skills, and improving their chances of getting a job. - Help students develop professional skills and important personal qualities like independence, problem-solving, adaptability, and teamwork in multicultural settings. - Make sure that all students can benefit from international opportunities and the Erasmus+ Program, especially those with fewer chances to participate. - Offer teachers opportunities to grow professionally by learning about new teaching methods, updated practices in their field, and innovative approaches that can improve classroom learning. - Improve the language skills of both students and teachers. - Strengthen the European dimension of education by encouraging collaboration with other European institutions and building long-term connections with healthcare organizations for future projects. - Promote a culture of mobility and international experience within our school, motivating both students and teachers to take part in European programs and fostering a sense of European identity and culture. Overall, the aim was for both students and staff to benefit from a professionally, personally, and culturally enriching experience that would contribute to improving the quality of education provided at our institution.
