With this Erasmus+ KA131 project we aimed to offer our higher education students and staff the opportunity to broaden their academic, professional and personal horizons through international mobility experiences. The main objectives were: to improve students’ employability through internships in foreign companies, to foster the acquisition of key competences such as adaptability, teamwork and intercultural communication, and to support staff in their professional development through training and job shadowing. At the same time, we sought to strengthen institutional relations with our European partners, consolidate a stable international network and advance the internationalisation of our centre. It should be noted that these KA131 mobilities were applied for through our consortium ITCONSORTIUM (KA130), which we coordinate and which was originally created for KA171 mobilities. At the time of application, we were in a transitional phase regarding our ECHE charter, due to the change of name of our institution from IES Campanillas to CPIFP Alan Turing. This circumstance prevented us from applying directly for KA131 mobilities, so we used our consortium as an administrative channel. For this reason, the KA131 mobilities were managed and used exclusively by our institution, while the other partners continued to use their own KA131 projects and shared with us only the KA171 mobilities.
