The main objective of our school's KA131-2023 mobility project was to promote internationalization and improve the quality of teaching and vocational training in accordance with the objectives set out in the grant agreement signed with the national agency to carry out Erasmus+ program activities. The goal was to offer students the opportunity to complete internships in companies in other countries, thereby gaining a European/global view of the labor market and acquiring intercultural skills. This would also allow us to stand out from other schools that offer similar programs but do not offer this approach or mobility options. For teachers, it offers the opportunity to undertake training abroad to improve their skills and implement and share them with the rest of the teaching staff, gain access to quality training, and learn firsthand about some European benchmarks and their methodologies, which are already being implemented in the classroom. In conclusion, we must internationalize the center, students, faculty, and the training provided through the experiences of students and faculty, offering a more global vision, including a commitment to European values, ensuring equity and inclusion, and promoting sustainability and social responsibility.
