While there has been a rise in gender egalitarianism in the global economy, there is still a lot of work to ensure that women are given the same opportunities to enter the international marketplace. The project addresses the lack of a learning program addressing women interested in reaching international markets or business partners, specifically and more importantly on the need for adult educators to develop tools and skills that are more sophisticated to support them. Thus the need of this small project. The partners’ adult teachers/ trainers need to learn new techniques and methods to support adult learners to get the maximum benefit for this learning experience. More importantly, we needed to learn how to compensate fast changing EU market/society needs with slow moving education systems. In relation it the project’s results we need to know how to define the best blends among online, offline, or experiential activities to favour participants engagement and adapt the learning environment to the learning style.
