This project is part of our Erasmus+ Accreditation in the field of youth (KA151-YOU) and forms part of our multiannual strategy to strengthen youth participation, networking, and sustainability. It was implemented between June 2023 and May 2025, during which we carried out four international activities: a youth exchange, a training course for youth workers, and two Partnership Building Activities (PBAs). All activities were fully aligned with the values of the Erasmus+ programme and the objectives set out in our accreditation application. The main purpose of the project was to equip young people and youth professionals with key knowledge and skills in areas such as sustainability, social inclusion, and green entrepreneurship, while promoting European cooperation and the development of innovative educational methodologies. These topics address both current societal challenges and the strategic priorities of the Erasmus+ programme, such as tackling climate change, digital transformation, inclusion, and active youth participation. The project’s key objectives included: - Promoting environmental awareness and youth engagement through artistic, participatory, and creative tools. - Transferring non-formal educational methodologies focused on sustainability to other professionals and youth organisations. - Fostering the creation of a network of European youth organisations committed to developing sustainable, inclusive, and socially impactful projects. - Strengthening the capacity of our organisation and our partners to design, implement, and scale up high-quality projects within the Erasmus+ framework. Each activity in the project was designed with a coherent and complementary approach. The youth exchange YouArtMe II enabled young people from different countries to explore sustainability through urban art, encouraging intercultural dialogue and critical expression through collaborative murals. The SustainAbility training course provided youth workers with practical tools in areas such as circular economy, eco-anxiety, environmental storytelling, and collaborative methodologies, with a focus on local applicability. The two Partnership Building Activities focused on fostering synergies and creating new frameworks for cooperation. Sustain Diversity addressed the intersection between sustainability and social inclusion, while Social Green Entrepreneurship explored the potential of youth-led social and environmental entrepreneurship. In both meetings, participating organisations presented their work, shared common challenges and needs, and began shaping concrete ideas for future joint proposals within Erasmus+. With this project, we have continued the work started in previous years, deepening our priority action lines and expanding our impact at both local and international levels. Furthermore, we have reinforced the value of non-formal learning as a tool for youth empowerment, critical awareness, and transformative action.
