With this project we sought to promote empowerment and knowledge of reality through the social participation of young people. This project wanted to make the participants reflect on fundamental issues in today's society such as: equality, conflict resolution, interculturality, integration and inclusion, non-discrimination, highlighting among them the following OBJECTIVES: OBJECTIVE 1: TRAIN YOUNG PEOPLE AS AGENTS OF INCLUSION AND EQUALITY. OBJECTIVE 2: PROMOTE AND STRENGTHEN RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN EQUALS FROM DIFFERENT REALITIES BASED ON MUTUAL RESPECT OBJECTIVE 3: PROMOTE THE SOCIAL PARTICIPATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE TOWARDS SOCIAL CHANGE. OBJECTIVE 4: KNOW AND PROMOTE EUROPEAN PROGRAMS AND VALUES. EQUITY, EQUALITY AND INCLUSION: This program sought to PROVIDE SPACES FOR REFLECTION AND ANALYSIS on the social norms that throughout the socialization processes, shape and influence perceptions, roles, identities and fulfillment of these young people. This would open the opportunity to REJECT MODEL OF HATE and give themselves permission to PLANT ALTERNATIVE WAYS of development of their lives, based on non- violence, justice and equity. COEXISTENCE AND PEACE: On the other hand, it seemed essential to us to work on the issue of conflict resolution, since the conflict It is something that, in addition to experiencing it on a larger scale (armed conflict), as a society and as young people we experience it daily; We find it very interesting to see what type of experiences the participating people share, and PROVIDE THEM WITH TOOLS TO RESOLUTION OF CONFLICTS in a peaceful and negotiating way; . And what the experience of these years has taught us is that young people share experiences and concerns in creating a more equitable society, with women and men equal in rights and opportunities, with total absence of discrimination or bad treatment based on sex, free of conflicts such as those experienced in our societies, and the project He provided different tools to be able to participate and get involved in the challenges of his community and develop and carry out his own critical thinking; AND THAT IS MAINLY WHAT WE INTENDED TO ACHIEVE: TO DISCOVER NEW AGENTS WHO FIGHT FROM SOCIAL PARTICIPATION FOR A FAIRER SOCIETY. Another point that was taken into account was social networks, since today they are an important reference point for COMMUNICATION AND SOCIALIZATION for them and that is where we should seek equality and the absence of conflict more than ever; The increase in conflicts, adversities and disruptive and toxic relationships that occur with social networks as a medium is worrying and something to take into account; One of the objectives of the program was also to work on this with them. Therefore, METHODOLOGICALLY the idea was to give the young participants the prominence they deserve, making them will carry the fundamental weight for prior planning, coordination and dynamization of the exchange, always with the help and support from the leaders of each country, who acted as facilitators of the program. Therefore we have opted for a METHODOLOGY: - ACTIVE: with different participatory forms in which they were the protagonists. - DYNAMIC AND PLAY: leaving the more formal framework, through leisure and free time, generate learning dynamics while allowing them to enjoy cultural and leisure activities and live typical experiences of the reality they are visiting and discovering. - STABLE AND SHARED: supported by a stable structure and networking, which continues to allow us to get to know each other from other realities.
