IMAGINA has implemented in this project the activities linked to various priorities that are addressed in the Erasmus Accreditation that the entity holds suitable. These activities correspond to the general objectives of the entity, align with our mission and goals. Therefore, we set ourselves the objective of this project to promote the sustainable development of rural regions like ours, paying special attention to its inhabitants as the key areas of the territory. For this reason, we are focused on paying attention to those sectors of the population that require greater support, especially rural youth, with fewer opportunities and disabilities; but also juvenile workers who can hold a role in support of this youth. What we want to do with it is to facilitate the power of young people to create an impact on their surroundings, through the work of important values for youth such as gender equality, sustainability, inclusion, democratic values and dialogue intercultural. With these actions of our strategy, we want to address issues such as inclusion, rural development, gender equality and the quality of youth work. Next, in the transversal form we propose: -Give greater opportunities to young people with disabilities, as an example of the Spanish youth exchange group for young people with disabilities. -Toast the juvenile workers working on the development of the projects, through the realization of the PBA. -Dynamic the youth, promote interculturality, the key competences of young people. -Include in the activities specific sessions of environmental awareness, based on the value of the rural areas. All this has materialized directly in the two activities carried out: -JUVENILE INTERCAMBIO “Theater for Equality”, in which 38 young people participated and whose essential objective was to promote youth inclusion, diversity, gender equality and equality, focusing especially on young people with fewer opportunities such as young people with disabilities and young people de rural areas. Furthermore, it is established as a basic objective to foment social inclusion, combat youth despoilment in rural areas, promote education about gender equality and LGBTQ+ rights, foment active and healthy life styles, and improve cooperation among juvenile organizations. Specifically in this project we have addressed some of the key objectives that we plan in our strategy as: -Promote creative processes and formal educational practices as a way of working on the development of young people's skills, especially with fewer opportunities. -Promote the normalization of diversity in young people at all levels: gender, social, functional, cultural, sexuality, etc., working on the capacity for reflexion and the disruption of stereotypes and prejudices. -Foment the active participation of youth and their role to play in favor of European values, promoting intercultural and democratic dialogue. -Develop skills among young people (such as linguistic skills, social and civic skills, creativity, social learning and digital skills) which we can then use to encourage the inclusion of young people with functional diversity and encourage active participation of youth. -Put value on the resources that the rural areas offer, as a way to fight against youth despoilment in the towns and rural areas of distinct places in Europe.
