This project is the first within the framework of the Erasmus KA1 accreditation with code 2022-1-ES02-KA150-YOU-000110952 granted to our entity for the 2023-2027 horizon. Based on this accreditation and within the EUROPEAN STRATEGY of the entity in general in our programs we want to achieve: * Increase the offer of programs, youth exchanges and participation activities within Erasmus + aimed at young people in Portugalete * Increase the dissemination and knowledge of European programs aimed at the young population from the entity and the services (Erasmus +, European Solidarity Corps, ...) * Improve the personal development and quality of life of the participating young people and the municipality of Portugalete by acquiring new personal and group skills, competencies, resources and sources of information * Improve the quality of life of the general public of Portugalete, betting on an image of active youth, concerned about the improvement of their community and their environment and betting on a more supportive society. All this from the experience in similar programs since 2017 in E + and since 2019 in ESC projects. Specifically, 2 activities have been carried out with the following objectives: *A4 - PORTUGALETE - GAILLAC 2023 YOUTH EXCHANGE --Main objective - Sharing experiences around shared problems between the participating young people (interests, needs, relevant aspects of youth). LEARNING SPACES (Objective 2 of the accreditation) --Through a youth exchange with MJC Graulhet and through non-formal education methodology, this activity has allowed us to delve into specific topics, problems and needs of young people identified in the previous work between entities. Within the framework of the exchange, shared dialogues have been established around the topics that concern them (conflict resolution, education, relationships...) which are the topics that have focused the different workshops and actions. Developing skills and abilities to defend ideas, positions and arguments and to collect proposals to improve municipal youth services and ultimately local youth policies in both locations and youth empowerment. It has been a powerful relational space and a way to generate spaces for building a more supportive and better community and society with the young population as the protagonist and in a non-formal way in the context of working with other countries, which gives extra motivation to the participants. *A5 - PORTUGALETE - NAPLES 2023 YOUTH EXCHANGE --Main objective: To promote knowledge of EU countries through the relationship between young people from different backgrounds, practice of other languages and knowledge of other cultures. DISCOVERY SPACES (Objective 1 of accreditation) --It is an initial youth exchange model for young people, as a mobility proposal, these activities are often the "gateway" for many young people to this type of program. Prior work was carried out with GIOSEF and in each local group and the connection with the other group of young people was promoted, in terms of equal opportunities. This has been developed through stays in each country, the development and evolution of relationships, knowledge of other young people, countries, customs, spaces,... and the evaluation of the process both as a group, all accompanied by leaders. It was a space to open the mind, make new friends and relationships, learn about new cultures, practice languages. All this from the methodology of non-formal education. On a personal level, it has meant for the participants the acquisition of new skills and competencies within the framework of topics relevant to them such as: education, personal development and youth promotion.
