Our three main objectives are the following: QUALITY YOUTH WORK In Leonardino we are all youth workers ans social collaborators. We are aware of the growing sociaoligal and psychological problems that the young generation is leading with, moreover on a backround of a world crisis with a very unsure future and lacking personal objectives or social values. We want to give them a quality time, with a free space for expression and a new environment to be able to leave the daily habbits amd make a reflection about the personal and group goals and aims. DISCRIMINATION AWARENESS We are also conscious that in this plural society there are growing discrimination behaviours, based on poverty, rase, nationality, religion or political thinking. In our regular work we are trying to point on them, show the behaviours that became normal, and which we probably do not consider discrimination any more. We want to highlight them and propose simple everyday solutions that can by applied by individuals in form of a gesture, word or on higher social level demanding authorities and communication media to accept the seriousness of the situation among the young. AUDIOVISUAL EXPRESSION AND EXPERIENCE The audiovisual expression is being the most successful in our work, because it is the language of the new generations. We are trying to change the insight to the contents, that must necessarely be full of values, clear message, high quality video, proper music and especially a broad cooperation with another entities, volunteers and professional. The more cooperators we involve, the most poits of view and insights we can present in our work.
