During the youth exchange, we will address issues and needs such as improving knowledge of changing consumer habits, lack of planning for food purchases, food management and preparation in warehouses and loss of culture and lack of culinary knowledge for reuse or maximum utilization of food. Thus, with the project we aim to achieve the following objectives: 1. Raise awareness among young people about food waste and its impact on the environment. 2. Inform participants on steps that can be taken on a daily basis to reduce food waste. 3. Promote eating habits that create the least possible waste among young people. 4. Give participants the opportunity to share their experiences in an intercultural setting. 5. Introduce the Erasmus+ program and its opportunities to young people
