This project aims to settle down a long term learning process that will transform ourselves, our organizations and our communities. This project wants to be a clear example of how young people can transform their reality and the importance of promoting optimism in order to dream for a better future. Moreover, this project seeks to become one example of how to make that future a reality by sharing and shaping the tools to transform our lives and our communities. Right now we are facing a process of deep changes in our reality as well as in our world. As young people we face a situation in which uncertainty is becoming the norm and we must be prepared to deal with it. On one hand we bear the increasement of health disorders, anxiety, suicides, the use of legal and illegal drugs on the other hand we experience a situation that trapped us with its precariousness and drives youth generations to feel lost. But it is the moment to take the wheel and change our direction completely. This project aims to be the spark that shows youth that we are not alone and that we can work together in order to shape a different reality. Therefore we have created a long term learning process that involves individuals, professionals, organizations and communities in order to create a holistic and empowering meaningful experience. This process has 2 main spheres, the first one is that of the professionals and organizations involved that will collaborate in a long term process of learning by doing, the second one will involve the participants and their communities in a process of sinergycal actions that will empower youth while interacting actively with their communities. For these reason we set two types of objectives for the project: Objectives for the professionals and organizations: General(G) - To establish a methodology tested to work on the integral health of young people through non-formal education. Specific(S) - To establish the basement for a long term collaboration process involving individuals, professionals, organizations and communities . S - To share best practices of the previous work done in the integral health in the framework of Erasmus+ programme and ESC. S - To perform an action with a clear personal purpose of doing what we feel we have to do now in order to create a better future. Objectives for the participants: G1 - To discover and experiment different tools to promote integral health sp1- To expose ourselves to new experiences and analyze them using critical thinking. sp2-To experience reconnection with ourselves, others and nature. G2- To discover and implement different tools to transform our communities. sp2- To participate in a learning process based on learning by doing, participation and active citizenship. sp3- To develop the tools that will foster communitary participation such as public speaking, transforming ideas into valuable actions for our community, discover the different opportunities of the erasmus+ programme and ESC as a key support to take action and consolidating a local and international network to escalate their participation. Moreover, this project is part of how we want to establish a change of paradigm on the framework of the Erasmus + programme and ESC. First of all, by promoting real accessible opportunities for everyone specially for those in highly vulnerable situations that most of the time are excluded from this meaningful life-changing experiences. Secondly, we want to promote long term synergical actions that break the barrier of one time specific actions, in order to do so we want to promote a maximum interaction between individuals, professionals, organizations and communities to maximize the impact and continuity of this learning experiences. For all of it, this project creates the path for taking steps towards a brighter future. Even though we understand the difficult situation we all are facing and the limits of the erasmus + programme we want to show our commitment and share it with everyone, as we need more and more people working together in the same direction. This project is our need and our duty to ourselves.
