Europe today is a melting pot of diversities, where different cultures, sexual identities, gender expressions, relational patterns and family models coexist. We live in a world that is constantly evolving. With each form of human diversity there is a way of looking at life and taking place in the world. Youth is the period when most questions arise about oneself and one's environment, which will determine to a large extent the direction to be taken in society. Listening to others and understanding them in their diversity is the best possible education in order to be able to listen to oneself and accept oneself, avoiding internal conflicts and the anguish that comes with self-rejection. The psychological well-being of young people depends on dealing with self-rejection and self-acceptance. Our project is aimed at the knowledge and recognition of diversity. Promoting the visualisation of different social sectors from their multiple forms, needs and perspectives. Creating bridges of understanding and bringing the range of colours of sexual diversity, gender identity, relational model and family model closer to the framework of the majority. This project is based on a unanimous strategy of all partners, in which we will give young people a space for personal development within the framework of social change. We will create exchanges where young people can reflect, interact, take responsibility, discover the world, acquire social skills, build rapport, identify with young people from other backgrounds, develop empathy and tolerance, boost their self-knowledge and establish alliances for social struggle across Europe. Social dynamics will be created in which they will jointly develop the personal development of each participant. Using non-formal education methodologies, we provide a learning model based on experiential experience, reflection and physical activity. Through the different activities that will take place our objectives will be: - To create an approach to different sexual orientations, gender identities and relational models. Promoting the development of empathy, tolerance and understanding. - To vindicate sexual, affective and gender diversity, promoting its recognition in individual, social and family development. - To raise the situation of stigmatised groups due to sexual and gender diversity, family diversity and relational models. With the aim of dispelling hoaxes and misconceptions. - To promote psychological well-being through the development of self-determination, self-knowledge and self-acceptance. - To support the strengthening of social values that are in line with democratic principles and the promotion of human rights. - Encourage young people to consolidate themselves as agents of social change, claiming their leading role in the progress of their communities and of Europe. - Encourage training in digital skills, considering their potential for social progress, communication and mobilisation of young people. - Promote the value of artistic expression and writing, highlighting its potential to convey ideas and sensitivities. Emphasising its power for social change, and its potential as an experience for the benefit of mental well-being.
