Although European Union hosts many people from different and social groups, discrimination has been always hot topic in Europe including According to Discrimination in the European Union - Eurobarometer survey released in 2020, respondents of the EU consider discrimination for being Roma is most widespread (61%) in their country, followed by discrimination on the basis of ethnic origin and skin colour (59%), sexual orientation (53%), transgender (48%), religion and belief (47%), disability (44%), age (40%) and gender (35%). This shows discrimination is a urgent problem to be solved. Diversity in the culture positively affects societies in economical and social way as well as reinforce European identity and build peace and respect for others; therefore an effective and constructive dialogue between people and cultures should be developed for empowering inclusiveness in the societies(Harris, 2007). As Andrea Fernandez Garcia, consisting of people from different cultural and social groups, decided to organise a Youth Exchange to make contribution to this common problem of the Europe with international collaboration to develop a dialogue among society. Based on our previous and current works we carry out at local level and the characteristics of the audience we work with, we planned to use digital storytelling as a tool to establish intercultural dialogue to deal with discrimination because studies shows that Digital storytelling can promote multiple skills by letting learners to understand the meanings exchanged in the target language through visual images and pay attention to cultural stimuli contained in the stories, so as to synthesize and evaluate inform tion relevant to culture as well as encourage self-expression and reflection, communication and closer interpersonal relations, given the capacity they have to share experiences, communicate empathy and understanding, and promote collaborative work by having learners cooperate in order to compose their digital narratives (Ribeiro, 2016; Porto, Houghton and Byram, 2017) In order to create a Youth Exchange proposal with international cooperation, we contacted youth organizations working different socal and cultural groups and agreed to become partner with 4 institutions from Germany, Turkey, France, Latvia. In order to determine the needs of the young people, who are the target audience of the project, and to develop the project idea in this direction, we conducted a needs analysis through a questionnaire among volunteers of partner institutions. A total of 130 youngsters, including youngsters from different and social groups aged 18- 30, answered our survey. We also asked them that what they need to know to organize environmental friendly Youth Exchange. In this direction we identified their needs as follows; * Youngsters need to learn roots of discrimination, * Youngsters needs to learn the problems experienced by different social and cultural group facing with discrimination in international level * Youngster needs to improve their digital storytelling competences * Youngsters need to learn how to develop intercultural dialogue between different ethnic groups through digital storytelling Based on this results, we specified objectives of the project are as follows; *To enhance the participants' knowledge, abilities, and views regarding intercultural communication, environmental sustainability, and digital storytelling, *To inform participants of the issues that various social and ethnic groups experience, to promote intercultural dialogue and anti-discrimination best practices, as well as to motivate them to combat discrimination in their own communities, * To enhance participants' abilities in photography, videography, digital storytelling, intercultural communication, creativity, and collaboration *To encourage participants to engage in intercultural conversation and learn about other cultures through digital storytelling,
