The youth exchange "If I Know Me, I Know You(th)" was created with the main objective of bringing together 24 young people from different European countries to promote cultural diversity, social inclusion and European values. Through the development of their reflection and self-reflection skills, the participants of "If I Know Me, I Know You(th)" learned to enhance their strengths, overcome their weaknesses and improve their self-esteem. In a safe environment they trained skills and acquired knowledge and competencies that would be useful to them both in their professional path and in their personal lives. The objectives we pursued with the implementation of "If I Know Me, I Know You(th)" were the following: - Allow young people to acquire knowledge and tools on self-knowledge and reflection. - Promote increased awareness about the benefits of reflection skills. - Provide young people with creative and accessible tools to develop these skills. - Create a safe environment in which young people feel safe to explore themselves and in turn improve their social and professional skills.
