The awareness and learning course on pedagogical communication techniques will be a platform for 30 participants from 10 countries: Spain, Czech Republic, Croatia, Hungary, France, Estonia, Portugal,Lithuania, Romania and Poland. The application of pedagogical communication methods and skills used in non-formal education as well as in other fields is developing in a profound way in the last years with the emergence of numerous bodies and institutions of reference in this educational field on an international level as a way of teaching that has more than proved its potential and effectiveness. Many institutions follow the line of this principle, innovating and improving their way of teaching, making students more involved and aware of their learning process, and most importantly, giving rise to motivated students predisposed to learn. When we carry out projects, presentations, pedagogical activities and other associative activities, our way of communicating is fundamental, that is to say, we can have great ideas or presentations that are very well worked and full of teachings, and getting a good vehicle to convey that message is fundamental, because it is the difference between a good intervention, or a great idea that did not come to fruition. Our background put us in the path of the "Behavior&Law" University Foundation (https://behaviorandlaw. com) and after the privilege of having attended two courses related to the subject, we decided that we should transfer the range of tools and knowledge that they have taught us to our partners and to our network of European Associations with which we work; that is why, based on the lessons learned we have developed a Training to provide attendees and therefore their associations of origin with a battery of pedagogical tools of communication that lead to excellence to our participants in their future educational actions. Most projects are based on teaching us through non-formal education about a "topic", in our case the "topic" focuses on the communicative resources that make these "topics" come to fruition, and we can improve our way of teaching them. We are committed to making the concept arrive, and to achieve better trained youth workers, in a European project trying to comply with the criteria and objectives set by the Erasmus+ programme itself. We want to delve into the roots of communication and non-formal skills and resources, talk about their importance throughout civilisations and the appropriateness of different types of non-formal activities depending on the age of their participants. We want the participants of our project to take action and to develop what they have learned during the different phases of the project. The present social situation in the participating countries, where unemployment has become a problem to fight, where we have to reinvent ourselves to get a working future and we have to paint it ourselves. Our sessions will also be based on the use of pedagogical communication skills and their role in employability and training and management of teams and working groups to improve their functioning: General objectives of the TC: 1- To gain an in-depth knowledge of learning methodology and communicative resources and their pedagogical consequences. 2- To introduce non-formal methods, resources and skills. 3- To exchange non-formal learning methods. 4- To discover concrete tools for working with teams of children, young people, adults and above all, their practical application. The specific objectives of this TC are: 1- To show participants a battery of communication resources broken down into 15 blocks: Psychological processes linked to learning; Emotional dynamics; Public speaking; Creativity; Impactful presentations; Non-verbal communication; Opening, concept setting and closing dynamics; Communication with senior groups; Communication with children's groups; Communication with people with intellectual disabilities; Coaching tools applied to training: Storytelling; Coaching tools applied to training: Questions; New trends/technologies applied to learning; How to deal with an interview in the media; and Programming and evaluating an action. 2- To introduce this methodology and tools within formal education learning so that they can apply it to their different areas of action. - To involve the participants to be part of the self-evaluation thanks to the block "Programming and Evaluating" and with the help of the Youthpass competences (using the Youthpass competences). - To favour the process of idea creation (creativity), approach (planning/organisation), action (project implementation), reflection and improvement (evaluation of results).
