GREEN ART/ WOMAN, MOTHER EARTH, HEALING has been MYW aimed at youth workers and artists linked to art education, to promote reflection on the relationship between art and the environment. The initiative wanted to link this discourse to the role of women in rural and urban societies, provoking a reflection on the relationship of women with Mother Earth, care and healing. The meeting had the intention of focusing attention on the tools to be used with the local community and young people and promoting an exchange of experiences among the participants. The group met for five days to reflect, receive theoretical and practical training and generate actions in collaboration with territorial entities and groups. The general objectives: Raise awareness of the importance of our actions and decisions concerning the future of the planet and life. Recognize ourselves as part of the ecosystem that contains us. Contribute to gender equality and the prevention of violence through the change of perspective that art education can offer. Provide artistic tools to reinforce professional development.
