Objectives

This project is a unique and particular training that brings together two innovative and particularly critical methodologies regarding the facilitation and dynamization of groups. Both social theater and Process Oriented Psychology are sensitive to the issue of power, privileges and different roles in group processes. The objective of this training is: - How to deal with group conflicts - Detect rank, privilege and power dynamics - Better understand the dynamics that minorities organize, such as racism, sexism, classism or LGBTphobia - Generate more positive, more conscious, more transformative leadership that serves to inspire the group and make it grow. - A new perspective to approach group facilitation Raise awareness among educators in the field of youth and leaders of youth organizations, in detecting the different roles of power in order to know how to name them and use them for the good of the group, as well as listen to minority and less privileged voices. Apart from looking at the group, this training also provides a space where youth workers are invited to look at themselves critically in a safe and accompanied space. In addition, the participants will take away many dynamic techniques, games and animation for working with young people or teams in their country.
