The objectives of our project are to develop the skills of youth workers and strengthen their capacity to work with young people in their respective communities. Specifically, we aim to achieve the following objectives: Improve the skills of youth workers in mediation, communication, and leadership: We aim to help youth workers acquire skills in mediation and conflict resolution, intercultural communication, and leadership to better work with young people in their communities. Foster exchanges between youth workers from different countries and different African diaspora communities: We aim to offer youth workers opportunities to meet peers from different countries and communities, share experiences, exchange ideas, and strengthen their networks. Foster cooperation between youth workers and partner organizations to protect young people in their own community: We aim to strengthen collaboration between youth workers and partner organizations to protect young people against social risks, such as violence, drugs, and discrimination.
