The goal of I AM AIM is providing youth workers at local and international level with tools to focus and define long-term objectives. Objective 1 - Providing 18 youth workers with methodologies, techniques and activities to increase their self-awareness and to focus and define long-term objectives both as individuals and as professional youth workers. Objective 2 - The sharing of approaches and practices of time management and objectives’ assessment involving 6 international organisations active in Spain, Italy, Hungary, Bulgaria, Estonia and Poland. Objective 3- The involvement of the young people from 6 local communities in local workshops where they will be offered tools to recognise and increase their self-awareness and to assess long-term objectives Objective 4 - The structure and promotion of a poster that inspires the international community to the importance of focusing and setting long-term objectives in cooperation. Objective 5 - The selection and testing of a smart online working platform that is sustainable and actively used by an international team of youth workers, respecting personal space and time.
