The project aims to respond to the methodological needs of youth organizations, since acquiring competencies in innovative non-formal and informal methodologies is difficult or expensive. Thus, many facilitators can be found in the Erasmus+ program as well as in many other youth initiatives of different types that have superficial and imprecise knowledge in this field. However, this willingness to train exists. Therefore, the motivation and objective of this project is to improve the training in innovative methodologies of youth workers involved in Erasmus+. This will be done in a direct way on the participants, through direct training in mobility. But it will also reach potential stakeholders outside the organization through the elaboration of the Methodological Catalogue, the main result of the project, which will summarize the contents and will allow to create a list of relevant methodologies in youth educational contexts. In addition, a series of transversal objectives are considered: * establishment of intercultural links * learning foreign languages * dissemination of the Erasmus+ program * creation of professional links and fostering cooperation between European organizations in Erasmus+ program activities * development of interpersonal skills such as public speaking, teamwork, conflict management, argumentative skills, leadership, etc.
