This project's main motivation is to improve the quality and impact of the intervention that people linked to work in the social intervention field carry out on a daily basis when they intervene with young people at risk of social exclusion. To this end, the Pinardi Federation and Salesiani Per Il Sociale (SxS), both Salesian entities with extensive experience in the field of socio- educational support for young people, children and families, will carry out staff mobilities in which they will be able to know each others realities, adversities and challenges that they face and the methodologies and tools with which they do it. All this with a view to enhancing the mutual growth of both professional teams and also reinforcing this alliance. The main objectives are: O1. Promote the exchange and mutual learning of the workers linked to the teams of the different areas of intervention within Pinardi and within SxS: This will allow to open up to the work methodologies, experiences and knowledge that each host organization manages thanks to visiting different projects and having moments to exchange where queries, questions, requests for suggestions are allowed and, at the same time, the visiting participants have moments of self- reflection and assessment of the way of working carried out so far in their organization to assess how to introduce changes or improvements in those areas that may require it, with the advice and experience of the hosting partners. O2. Strengthen the technical capacities and personal skills related to the work carried out with young people at risk of social exclusion: the exchange of experiences with other professionals, the visit to projects of the host entities, and the dissemination of the learning acquired in the teams back in the sending country will allow to improve the quality of the intervention, and to apply innovative elements O3. Generate motivation for the European context among the participants: enhance motivation for participation in future mobilities, both for professionals and for young people, in order to promote the international dimension of work in the youth area. O4. Strengthen the European networks of both entities: it will facilitate laying the foundations for future partnerships between both partner entities and also with other organisations, and promote the international dimension of the entity.
