The PROACT project aims to: - Improve the knowledge and skills of youth workers in the use of digital tools, methods of digital activism and youth empowerment. - Strengthen their competencies by working with disadvantaged youth and equipping them with the necessary digital skills. - To raise awareness about the different problems that these groups of vulnerable young people face. - Develop new non-formal education tools.
