Empowering youth and promoting their employability is crucial for the future of the EU. STEMAzing focuses on young women at risk of marginalization and employs STEM as a life skill to 1) empower them by enhancing problem-solving and critical thinking life skills; 2) practically promote their employability, 3) create drivers of change and 4) produce a sustainable, replicable model for reducing poverty and social exclusion, promoting gender equality, and increasing the pool of skilled workers.
