The aims of the learning mobilities were to further develop the competence-based learning at the adult education centre, to diversify the teachers' professional skills and to improve peer and collaborative learning.
These mobilities related to making know-how visible and participation and agency, which are central themes in the development program 2022-2026 of the Adult Education Centre of Jyvälä. Discovering new teaching methods, ways to support student´s learning and different ways to set goals for studies help to make know-how visible. Peer and collaborative learning during the group mobility support student´s participation and agency in their own learning process.
