Mobility is TAMK's core task when we think about internalisation of our students and staff. Our goal was to deepen the sense of belonging and feeling of international citizen both amidst our students and our teachers and staff members. We wanted to widen our partnerships with existing partners via collaboration with curriculum development and creating a good working atmosphere in our strategic partnerships. We wanted to get to know our European University Alliance Uninovis partners, and used KA131 project to visit actively in them and participating in their BIP's and training sessions as well as creating new project plans and curriculum development with them. TAMK's operational values: We work in a globally responsible manner, we value activeness, learning and competence, we succeed by doing together and we respect diversity in our community. In addition to the values TAMK has critical success factors as active work life connections, increasing our internationality in all operations and impacting the community around us and beyond. All these - are our motivating factors in implementing the project and trying to achieve good results in doing so. During the project span we did get more teachers and staff on the move compared with the earlier project and covid-19 aftermath and thanks to BIP interest, more students got involved in the short exchanges.
