Through the implementation of the Erasmus+ KA131 project, our main aim was to strengthen the international competences of our students and staff, and to deepen Humak’s international collaboration at organisational, regional, and national levels. We wanted to ensure that mobility and cooperation opportunities provide concrete learning outcomes that prepare students to work in increasingly global and intercultural environments, while also enhancing staff expertise through peer learning and international knowledge exchange. Humak's vision 2035 (according to the institution's strategy 2025-2030) is to be an internationally influential specialist in community and interaction skills – advancing the field and making an enduring mark on our society. Humak aims to established itself as an influential and international higher education institution specialising and active in European knowledge communities and partnership networks. Erasmus+ KA1 project plays a significant role in implementing our vision. The project supports us in strengthening education, international partnerships, and collaborative RDI projects, which together enable us to address future societal and global challenges.
