1. We will renew and increase our organization's project, language and cultural competence through youth services by launching mobility activities for staff and young people. 2. Young people aged 13–18 participate in the international activities of youth services through the relaunched and increased opportunities for young people's internationalization. Young people actively seize the internationalization opportunities offered. 3. In international cooperation, we will develop the organization's working methods and operating methods in themes in line with our strategy, such as outreach youth work, sustainable youth work, cultural and digital youth work, and rainbow and girl-specific youth work. 4. Young people's participation and influence as well as their international skills are strengthened by participating in youth exchanges. 5. Young people with special needs aged 16–29 participate in international activities through the opportunities targeted at them. The aim is to strengthen the mental well-being, empowerment and life management of young people and improve the opportunities to have studies or work.
