"We particularly wanted to focus on the following objectives from our accreditation plan: Objective 1) Our aim is to develop better and more diverse methods for working with young people in the most vulnerable positions; and Objective 2) We want the active agency of the young people involved in our activities to be strengthened in their everyday lives. Additionally, we were able to meet Objective 3) We will consolidate and continue building Valo-Valmennusyhdistys’s international network and develop cooperation within it. As an entirely new initiative, we conducted our first youth exchange in the Eastern Partnership region, which was very successful in its practical implementation. We learned a lot of things to keep in mind for the future, but overall the experience was definitely positive. We also learned to utilize mobility activities in developing work methods and practices together with our partners."
