Thanks to this mobility, the professionals at Afeji had the opportunity to acquire new skills, deepen their understanding of the European realities in the medico-social field while drawing inspiration from European practices, adapt to the sector’s evolving needs, enhance the value of beneficiaries and their families, improve the quality of services, and strengthen cooperation between European organizations through the sharing of experiences and innovative working methods.
Afeji Hauts-de-France is a medico-social organization that supports and help all kind of vulnerable people. To improve their quality of life, professionals must be regularly trained and informed about legislative and regulatory developments. In order to achieve this goal, the EGAL project aims to encourage exchanges between professionals so that they can adapt their practices to promote the social and professional inclusion of individuals with disabilities through self-determination.
