Our project aimed to: -Develop women's positive self-image and workplace assertiveness -Enhance confidence and skills in public speaking -Improve professional presentation in work environments -Offer innovative training for immigrant women, expanding career aspirations -Boost employability through exposure to new environments and expert coaching -Strengthen participants' European identity and broaden horizons beyond local communities
ARTIS Multimedia, founded in 2004 in Saint-Denis, works in one of France's most disadvantaged departments. For 19 years, we've supported immigrant women often confined to precarious jobs. Our organization offers language courses, computer training, and sports activities. The Erasmus+ "Women's Booster Program" provides an innovative approach to unlocking these women's potential through expert coaching and international exposure, helping them transcend the limitations of their usual environment.
