Our objectives are to update the skills of educational staff and acquire new specialist knowledge. We want to diversify our offer with online training, video, digital production and e-inclusion. We are also looking to improve our teaching practices, strengthen our European project management skills and develop our partnerships. Finally, we want to strengthen team cohesion and motivation.
Assodev, an open source training organisation for 20 years, is launching this project following the success of its previous mobility programme. The rapid evolution of digital technology requires regular updates through exchanges with experts. The educational team, which has recently been renewed, needs to develop its skills in order to successfully complete new training projects and another ongoing European project. This project therefore meets a need for adaptation and skills development.
