NEPSOD aimed to enhance the employability and personal development of its learners through enriching European mobility. The project enabled them to gain autonomy, apply their skills in an international context and develop their adaptability. For NEPSOD, it also meant expanding its network, enriching its educational offering and laying the foundations for a sustainable mobility strategy, in partnership with OSENGO.
Since 2010, NEPSOD has been committed to offering training courses that promote professional integration. With this in mind, the project aimed to extend its action to work-linked training by opening a CFA (apprentice training center). The aim was to enrich training paths by offering learners European mobility. Supported by OSENGO, NEPSOD mobilized its partners in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and its network of companies to meet the needs of sectors in short supply, such as health and social care.
