Located in an outermost region, this Erasmus project is very important to us because of the international dimension of our institution. It allows our BTS students to do internships in Europe and outside Europe. The project aims to promote internships abroad for many young people who do not have many opportunities to travel, and to open up Europe to a region where the youth unemployment rate is one of the highest in France. These internships are often a first step in encouraging our young students to venture to other parts of Europe to continue their studies and then start working. This initiative also aims to promote interculturality among our students, as it allows them to encounter other European and non-European cultures for personal enrichment. The 2023 agreement was also a first, as we signed an institutional agreement with a Spanish institution specializing in logistics and international trade and launched six-month study mobility programs. The project also aims to train our staff in new teaching methods and strengthen our ties with our foreign partners.
