The University of Rouen Normandie (URN) has been participating in the Erasmus/Erasmus+ program for several years. AC131 is the main mobility program implemented by URN. These funds were intended to implement URN's internationalization policy focus on the internationalization of education by offering mobility grants to students and staff. Four types of mobility were planned in the project: study mobility (SMS), internship mobility (SMT), teaching mobility (STA), and training mobility (STT). It was also planned to use these funds to support the development of the European University INGENIUM by encouraging student and teacher mobility to the Alliance's partner universities (10 European higher education institutions), a major focus of the URN's international strategy (see appendix). Finally, it was expected that this project would contribute to the deployment of the four priorities of the Erasmus+ project: inclusion, digitization, ecological transition, and the development of active citizenship.
