The Erasmus+ project of the University of Guyane aimed to strengthen the internationalisation of our higher education institution located in an outermost region by increasing mobility for students and staff, and by diversifying destinations, including towards non-programme countries. We aimed for better recognition of learning outcomes, stronger participant support, and greater geographic and cultural openness for both outgoing and incoming participants. The focus was also on mobility accessibility and alignment with Erasmus+ priorities (inclusion, green and digital transition).
