TBS Education's international ambition aims to strengthen its performance, visibility, and attractiveness in the European and global higher education markets. As a committed institution, TBS Education fully aligns its actions with the strategic priorities of the European Union, contributing to the excellence and influence of the French and European higher education and research (HER) systems. In the face of major geopolitical, social, climate, and technological transformations, Europe lies at the heart of our international strategy. TBS Education intends to play an active role by contributing to the education of informed, open-minded global citizens equipped with the skills needed to meet current and future global challenges. Our international policy is aligned with TBS Education’s strategic plan and reflects our status as a mission-driven company. It is based on a multi-faceted, inclusive, sustainable, and innovative internationalisation approach deployed across all our campuses. This approach is reflected in particular through: -The development and consolidation of a network of high-level academic partners; -The implementation of strategic European and international alliances around research, centres of excellence, and mobility; -Internationalisation at home and increased accessibility to our programmes through digitalisation; -Participation in European (KA131, KA171, KA220) and international projects; -The expansion of our campuses (Paris, Barcelona, Casablanca), strengthening our Euro-Mediterranean presence; -The development of international student and faculty recruitment. In this context, the Erasmus+ KA131 2023 project was designed as an operational lever to help achieve several of these objectives. It was structured around major events (120th anniversary of the school, EAIE in Toulouse, Partner Day, Erasmus Days, etc.) and formed part of a continuous improvement process in terms of quality. The project notably aimed to: -Strengthen the global skills of our academic and administrative community in connection with contemporary challenges (sustainability, inclusion, digital transformation); -Support high societal impact actions, particularly around inclusion, equal opportunities (Equal-ID), and sustainable development; -Encourage physical, hybrid, and virtual mobility, in line with our policy of European openness and local engagement; -Consolidate and expand our strategic partnerships to develop joint teaching, research, and innovation projects; -Accelerate the digitalisation of mobility management through the adoption of tools such as Erasmus Without Paper (EWP), the European Student Identifier (ESI), and the European Student Card; -Promote staff mobility by integrating it into our HR skills development strategy; -Reinforce our role within the Erasmus+ networks, notably as an institution recognised as an “EWP Champion,” with active participation in ESCI events (ESCI Days in Paris and Brussels, EWP Convention in Poland); -Continue our quality and CSR commitments through the renewal of labels and accreditations (Bienvenue en France 3 stars, DDRS, AACSB, EQUIS). Thus, the KA131 2023 project is fully embedded in our internationalisation strategy, contributing to the European visibility of our institution while strengthening our position as a committed, innovative, and responsible player within the European Higher Education Area.
