Objectives

ENSAIT has always placed internationalisation at the heart of its training strategy, implementing a policy of individualised support that guarantees all its students access to academic and/or professional mobility experiences abroad, mainly in Europe. This approach aims to prepare future engineers to work in an environment characterised by globalisation and interculturality. Regardless of their social, cultural or economic background, gender or any disability, students receive enhanced academic and administrative support in developing and implementing their mobility project. This experience promotes the acquisition of cross-disciplinary skills (maturity, adaptability, autonomy, sense of responsibility, self-confidence) and contributes to the development of the skills defined in the Commission des Titres d'Ingénieur's skills framework. In particular, it enables: - Professionalisation of the training programme through complementary teaching or a differentiated pedagogical approach - The ability to work in an international and intercultural context, promoting openness and cross- disciplinary skills - Operational proficiency in one or more foreign languages - Completion of a long-term university course or internship, integrated into a structured pedagogical framework The Erasmus+ programme is therefore a key tool and an essential lever in the School's international strategy. It makes it possible to achieve the objectives set in terms of student mobility, particularly for disadvantaged groups, for whom such opportunities would be very difficult to access outside of this scheme.
