By implementing this project, our goal was to initiate a structured partnership with a European school of architecture, with the aim of formalizing a long-term collaboration agreement. This first mobility was a key step in establishing a foundation for future exchanges of teaching and administrative staff. We also aimed to explore shared pedagogical values and complementary approaches in order to enrich our respective educational practices. Creating a connection between institutions fosters innovation, encourages interdisciplinary perspectives, and helps align our curricula with broader European standards. In addition, this mobility was an opportunity to better understand the host institution’s structure, working methods, and internationalization strategy, in order to identify relevant and sustainable collaboration opportunities. Ultimately, this project is part of a broader effort to open our institution to international cooperation, enhance the professional development of our staff, and offer our teams new perspectives and tools through cross-cultural exchange.
