Objectives

Through this project, the Cnam aims to strengthen its visibility and position at the international level as a leading institution in lifelong learning, promoting an innovative pedagogical model. This ambition is based on gaining international recognition and developing strategic partnerships with European institutions and organizations, in line with its public service mission and its strong ties to the socio-economic world. One of the project’s key objectives is to meet the international mobility requirements set by the Commission des Titres d’Ingénieur (CTI) for engineering students. Mobility thus becomes both a tool for regulatory compliance and a driver of excellence and international openness for the engineering programs offered by the Cnam School of Engineering. The project also aims to enhance the attractiveness of Cnam by offering Erasmus+ mobility grants and opportunities open to all learner profiles: students in initial training, adults returning to education, apprentices, employees in continuing education, and individuals typically underrepresented in mobility programs. The objective is to promote equitable access to international experiences, regardless of background or academic path, and to support successful degree completion (engineering degree, bachelor's, or master's). In addition, by realizing this project, the Cnam wishes to become pioneer in pedagogical innovation by encouraging lecturers to update course content, adopt innovative teaching methods, diversify courses’ forms and co-develop new programs aligned with technological, economic, and societal challenges. Finally, the project seeks to strengthen the skills of administrative and teaching staff, particularly in foreign languages, intercultural management, and European project coordination. It contributes to their professional development in an international context and fosters their active engagement in the institution’s internationalization strategy.
